NauticAWT (SGX:42D) said that it had received no objection from the SGX to hold its annual general meeting and publish its annual report by Aug. 13, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The company had revealed in a previous filing that since a controlling shareholder had provided personal undertakings to provide an interest-free loan of SG$2.1 million, the audit would require further work to assess the companyâs cash flow forecast.
