Platt Nera International (HKG:1949), on June 14, agreed to place a maximum of 80 million placing shares to at least six independent third parties via a placing agent at HK$0.375 per share, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The total number of placing share represent 13.33% of the total existing issued shares as at the date of the filing and around 11.76% of the total issued shares as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares.

The net proceeds from the issue amount to HK$28.8 million, making the net issue price to be around HK$0.36 per share.

The company's shares were up over 15% on Monday's close.
