MoneyMax Closes SG$22 Million Digital Security Tokens Offering

Moneymax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) announced the closure of its series 008 digital security tokens offering, raising SG$22.06 million in gross proceeds, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The tokens will be listed on the ADDX security token trading platform on June 18.

This issuance is part of MoneyMax's SG$100 million unsecured commercial paper program, which was announced on Jan 9, 2023, and June 4, 2024.

Among the subscribers is Tan Yang Hong, the chief operating officer and spouse of Lim Yong Guan, the executive chairman, chief executive officer, and controlling shareholder of the company. Tan's subscription totaled SG$1.16 million, representing 5.26% of the series 008 tokens.
