WNS Holdings (WNS) and Mosaic Insurance said Thursday that they partner to develop a future-ready operations model for underwriting and claims support, reinsurance processing, and finance and technology services.
The companies said that the multi-year partnership will require WNS to digitize Mosaic's operations, integrate advanced analytics, and develop an automation hub to help the insurer improve productivity and customer experience.
