W. P. Carey Prices $400 Million Senor Notes Offering

W. P. Carey (WPC) said Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $400 million of 5.375% senior notes due 2034 at 98.843% of the principal amount.

The firm said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including for future investments and debt repayment.

BofA Securities, JPMorgan, PNC Capital Markets, and U.S. Bancorp Investments are joint book-running managers.
