Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) said Monday it was combining its global futures and options software-as-a-service platform with its Transaction Network Services infrastructure for the financial markets.
According to the company, the addition of transaction network services are expected to enhance the functionality of Broadridge's futures and options platform for the derivatives market by providing global exchange connectivity for order routing and market data access for vendors of record.
The new Broadridge futures and options provides access to more than 130 exchanges in 25 countries along with extensive in-house expertise in each location, the company said.
Broadridge shares were little changed in midday trading, recently slipping about 0.2%.
