MT Newswires Live06-21

The Singapore High Court has fixed a case conference for June 24 relating to the change in domicile of construction and engineering services company Civmec (ASX:CVL, SGX:P9D) from Singapore to Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Civmec told the Australian bourse in October 2023 that it has entered an implementation agreement with Civmec Australia (NewCo) to change domicile via restructuring the company with a scheme of arrangement, the Oct. 2023 filing states.

The scheme involves existing shareholders exchanging their ordinary Civmec shares into the NewCo on a one-for-one basis, according to the filing.
