A unit of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group (HKG:3320) has renewed an agreement to continue purchasing energy for heating and cooling, steam, and electricity from Chenzhou China Resources Gas, a Friday bourse filing said.

The energy is being purchased for use at unit China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceuticalâs Southern China manufacturing center.

The contract became effective today, Friday, and will expire on Dec. 31, 2025.

Chenzhou China Resources Gas is a unit of China Resources Gas Group (HKG:1193).

Shares of pharmaceutical company China Resources Pharmaceutical closed nearly 2% lower on Friday.
