June 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Boeing is nearing a deal to buy back Spirit AeroSystems after its former subsidiary made substantial progress in separate talks with Airbus over a transatlantic breakup of the struggling supplier, people familiar with the matter said on Thursday.

** Dutch bank ABN Amro is seeking to further expand in Germany as it is nearing a deal to acquire HSBC's

wealth management unit in the country, newspaper Boersenzeitung reported on Friday, without specifying its sources.

** British soft drinks maker Britvic has rejected a 3.11 billion pound ($3.93 billion) takeover proposal from Carlsberg Group , the companies said, the second approach from the Danish brewer it has turned down.

** Real estate company Covivio has signed a preliminary agreement finalising terms on a proposed asset-swap deal with AccorInvest, it said on Friday.

** A contract arbitration panel that could block or green-light the $53 billion sale of Hess Corp to Chevron

remains incomplete three months after the case was filed, stalling a decision on whether Exxon Mobil has a right of first refusal over Hess' Guyana operations.

** Shares of Western Securities jumped more than 6% in early trading on Friday after the Chinese brokerage said it was studying plans to acquire rival Guorong Securities.

** U.S. casino operator Boyd Gaming has approached Penn Entertainment to express interest in acquiring its peer that has a market value of more than $9 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter.
