ENN Energy Repurchases Bonds Worth $45 Million

ENN Energy Holdings (HKG:2688) repurchased $45 million of the $750 million 2.625% green senior bonds due 2030, between June 3 and June 20 in the open market, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The recent repurchase amount represents around 6% of the initial principal amount of the bonds.

The repurchased bonds will be cancelled, following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be $505 million, or 67.3% of the initial amount.

The company's shares were down nearly 3% on Friday's close.
