Super Hi CEO Resigns in Executive Reshuffle

Super Hi said it has appointed Yang Lijuan as new chief executive officer following the resignation of Li Yu, effective July 1.

The restaurant operator said Lijuan has over 27 years of experience in restaurant operations and management at Haidilao International Holding.

Yu will continue to serve as an executive director at the company, helping to ensure a smooth transition, it added.

In addition, Super Hi said Wang Jinping resigned as chief operating officer and executive director.

Following these changes, the board will now consist of four directors and three independent directors.
