Crown Electrokinetics (CRKN) said Friday it expects to implement a 1-for-150 reverse stock split on its common stock and the trading on a split-adjusted basis will likely kick off on Tuesday.

Crown's shares slumped 19%, with intraday trading volume soaring to more than 146.7 million from a daily average of roughly 138.2 million.
