Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Issues New Shares to Repay Loan Interest to Shareholders

Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine (SGX:9G2) issued and allotted 2,492,362 shares to its substantial shareholders, Espeetex and Crescendas Land, in relation to the repayment of interest accrued on loans granted, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The company had accrued a total interest of around SG$383,824 to the shareholders.

Following the issue and allotment of the repayment shares, the total number of shares in the company has increased from 1,045,606,712 shares to 1,048,099,074 shares.

The repayment shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or around June 28.
