Crescendo Berhad (KLSE:CRESNDO) said its profit attributable to owners surged to 289 million ringgit in the fiscal first quarter ended April 30, from 13.2 million ringgit a year earlier.
Earnings per share rose to 1.0344 ringgit, versus 0.0473 ringgit a year ago, according to a day bourse filing.
Revenue soared to 527.2 million ringgit from 58.3 million ringgit a year ago, mainly driven by the
data center land sales in Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park, the Malaysian property developer said.
The board did not recommend a dividend for the period.
