Stocks have drifted to dozens of records this year, a run that has shown no signs of slowing down this summer.

The gains have sent the S&P 500 up 53% since its low in 2022. The broad stock-market gauge has been in a bull market for 427 days.

To put the recent rally in context, the average S&P 500 bull market since 1957 has lasted 1,141 days, or more than three years, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
