Oriental Watch Holdings' (HKG:0398) attributable profit fell to HK$250.5 million in the year ended March 31 from HK$295.4 million in the year-ago period, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share at the watch retailer decreased to HK$0.5140 from HK$0.6062in the previous year.
Revenue declined to HK$3.64 billion from HK$3.70 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.058 per share, payable Oct. 30 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 14.
