Bryah Resources Raises Nearly AU$760,000 for Manganese, Copper Assets Exploration; Shares Fall 14%

Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) raised nearly AU$760,000 via a placement and a research and development rebate for advancing exploration at its manganese and copper assets in Western Australia's Bryah Basin.

The company raised AU$407,000 via a placement of 67,833,333 shares at AU$0.006 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse. The shares come with 1-for-3 options exercisable at AU$0.012 each and expire three years from the issue date.

Also, Bryah Resources on Tuesday received a cash refund of AU$350,667 from its research and development tax incentive claim for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022.

Bryah Resources shares fell 14% in recent trade.
