Vicon Logs Boost in Fiscal Year 2024 Profit

Vicon Holdings (HKG:3878) recorded a rise in attributable profit for the year ended March 31 to HK$8.3 million from HK$2.4 million a year prior, a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong bourse stated.

Basic earnings per share rose to HK$0.0172 during the year from HK$0.005 in fiscal year 2023, according to the filing.

The specialist foundation contractor's revenue for the year increased by 17% to HK$486.6 million from HK$417 million during the year-ago period.

The company witnessed a revenue boost as certain projects reached a mature phase and contributed more revenue during the year, while the company also saw a boost in the number of projects secured.

Shares of the company closed 2% higher on Thursday.
