Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) acquisition of Juniper Networks (JNPR) is under review by the European Commission, which has set a provisional deadline of Aug. 1 to make its decision, according to a filing posted on the Commission's website.
The companies announced the planned $14 billion merger in January.
