Vericity (VERY) said Friday that its acquisition by iA American Holdings has been completed.
Under the terms of the previously announced deal, Vericity was acquired by iA American, a subsidiary iA Financial, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $170 million.
As a result of the deal completion, Vericity said it is no longer listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
