Wilton Resources Receives Approval to Further Push Back Annual Meeting; Shares Fall 22%

Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) received an approval from the ACRA for a final extension to hold its annual general meeting by Aug. 30, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

The company had initially applied for a further extension to hold its AGM and file its annual returns on June 18.

Shares of the company plunged over 22% in recent trading.
