Prosper Construction Holdings (HKG:6816) appointed Dong Fang as the new deputy chairman of the board of directors effective June 27, according to a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The company also appointed Liu Yutao as the new chief executive officer. He was previously the chief operating officer of the company.
Ni Chuchen was appointed as the new chief operating officer. Both appointments are effective June 27.
