Finland Sells $1 Bln in Ten-Year U.S. Dollar Bond

Finland issued $1 billion in ten-year U.S. dollar-denominated bonds via a bank syndicate Tuesday, one of the lead manager banks said.

The bond has a 4.375% coupon and a maturity date of July 2034.

The spread on the bond was set 55 basis points above SOFR [Secured Overnight Financing Rate] mid-swaps, and was priced at 99.808, at a yield of 4.399%, the same bank said.

Bookrunners of the issue were BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, HSBC and Societe Generale.
