Yunnan Copper's Parent Raises Stake in Company

Yunnan Copper Industry's (SHE:000878) controlling shareholder, Aluminum Corporation of China (HKG:2600, SHA:601600), raised its holdings in the company by 1%, the company said in its filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The stake accounts for about 20 million shares in the Chinese copper producer, the Monday filing added.

Aluminum Corporation of China's shares rose less than 2% at the close.
