Viad (VVI) agreed to acquire the Jasper SkyTram attraction in Jasper National Park in Alberta for 25 million Canadian dollars ($18.3 million).
The transaction is expected to be completed next month, Viad said Wednesday in a statement.
The deal, which is expected to add $4 million in revenue this year, includes a renewable long-term lease with Parks Canada with 30 years remaining, Viad said.
