Seven West Media (ASX:SWM) transitioned Craig Haskins to a permanent chief financial officer role.
Haskins, who is the current principal of Eastern Hill Advisors, has been serving as acting CFO of the integrated media company since April, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Seven West Media also introduced a new operating model that has three divisions-Television, Digital and Western Australia.
Under the new model, the company appointed Trent Dickeson, currently the director of operations and transformation, to the new role of chief operating officer.
