National Storage Affiliates Trust, Operating Chief Bergeon Agree to Terminate His Employment

National Storage Affiliates Trust and Operating Chief Derek Bergeon have "mutually agreed to terminate" his employment, the company said.

"Effective June 25, 2024, National Storage Affiliates Trust and Derek Bergeon, the company's executive vice president and chief operating officer, have mutually agreed to terminate Mr. Bergeon's employment relationship with the company, for Mr. Bergeon to pursue other opportunities," the company said Friday in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company added that Bergeon would receive six months of his current base salary from the termination date, among other benefits, subject to certain conditions.
