Platt Nera International Unit Leases Hong Kong Premises for Three Years

Platt Nera International (HKG:1949) unit Globe Wealth (HK) has leased Hong Kong premises from landlord Hongville for three years, a June 28 bourse filing said.

The lease will become effective Sept. 21 and expire Sept. 20, 2027. The IT company will use the premises as its new office in Hong Kong.

The premises comprise a unit in the West Tower of Cheung Kong Center II in Hong Kong with a 3,359-square-foot gross area.

Shares of the company closed over 4% higher on Tuesday.
