Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) doubled the strike length to more than 9 kilometers at the Dante Reefs discovery in Western Australia.
Drilling from a further 16 holes confirmed a second large Platreef-style copper-platinum group element sulfide reef at Reef 2, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
This makes Dante Reefs one of the largest magmatic sulfide reef deposits in terms of outcropping strike length, said Managing Director and Chief executive Thomas Line.
The company still has more than 30 kilometers of outcropping strike for testing, which indicated the "strong potential" for exploration upside with further drilling, Line added.
Terra Metals shares were down 2% in recent trade.
