Yankuang Energy Raises 3 Billion Yuan from Super-Short-Term Bonds Issue

Yankuang Energy Group (HKG:1171, SHA:600188) has raised 3 billion yuan from the issue of the first tranche of super-short-term bonds, a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.

The bonds carry an interest rate of 1.82% and will fall due in 181 days, according to the mining company.

China Everbright Bank (SHA:601818, HKG:6818) was the bookrunner and lead underwriter for the issue, while China Citic Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) was the joint lead underwriter.
