Oppenheimer downgraded Cartesian Therapeutics (RNAC) to market perform from outperform.

Cartesian said Tuesday it secured $130 million through a private investment in public equity financing, including the sale of 3.6 million shares of common stock and 2.9 million shares of Series B nonvoting convertible preferred stock at $20 a share.

Cartesian's stock tumbled 34% as intraday volume topped 1.15 million shares versus the daily average of about 111,000.

Conn's (CONN) is considering a potential bankruptcy filing amid declining sales, Bloomberg News reported, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

The shares slumped 34%, with volume topping 2.62 million versus the daily average of about 160,000.

Datasea (DTSS) priced a $2.25 million registered direct stock offering of 692,308 shares at $3.25 apiece.

The stock fell 31% with volume topping 1.05 million versus the daily average of about 279,000.
