Bosideng International shares drop as controlling shareholder plans sale

HONG KONG, July 3 (Reuters) - China's Bosideng International saw its share price drop 18.2% to HK$3.9 after its controlling shareholder said it would sell HK$1.72 billion ($220.13 million) worth of the down apparel maker's stock.

The shareholder plans to sell 400 million shares at HK$3.41 each, reducing its stake to 11.96% from 15.60%.
