Central New Energy's Subsidiary to Cooperate with CHN for New Energy Projects in Anhui, China

Central New Energy Holding Group's (HKG:1735) subsidiary Central Low Carbon (Anhui) New Energy Photovoltaic Technology agreed to cooperate with CHN Energy Group Anhui Energy to commence, develop, and invest in new energy and photovoltaic power station projects in Anhui province on July 6, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Under the agreement, the company's unit will provide process tracking and assist CHN in tackling any arising issues during any phase of the development process. Central Low Carbon will also have the right to supervise and inspect the construction process along with taking responsibility for ensuring the required quality of the provided photovoltaic module products.

The company's shares were up over 4% on Monday's close.
