Soilbuild Construction (SGX:S7P) increased its investment in Precast Concrete to SG$47.1 million from SG$15.0 million through a subscription of an additional 32.1 million shares for an aggregate consideration of SG$32.1 million, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.
The investment is not expected to impact the company's financials for the year ending Dec. 31.
