CHN Energy Changyuan Electric Power's (SHE:000966) power generation reached 3.28 billion kilowatt hours in June, jumping 36.2% from the prior year, according to the company's filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The Chinese electric services provider attributed the rise to an increase in thermal power, hydropower and new energy power generation.
For the first six months of the year, the company's power generation climbed 18.9% year on year to 18.2 billion kWh, the Friday filing added.
