Novo Integrated Sciences (NVOS) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential resale of up to 3.5 million common shares from time to time by Streeterville Capital.
The shares are issuable by the company upon conversion of a secured convertible promissory note in the principal amount of $6.21 million, according to a regulatory filing Monday.
Novo Integrated shares fell 3.3% in after-hours activity.
