Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA) received a listing and quotation notice (LQN) from the SGX for the proposed subscription of 3,143,773,000 new ordinary shares at an issue price of SG$0.002 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Following the LQN, the shares have to be placed out within seven market days from the date of the LQN.
