AustAsia Group (HKG:2425) expects a net loss of between around 600 million yuan and 700 million yuan for the six months ended June 30, up from 310 million a year prior, a Thursday bourse filing stated.
The dairy farmer attributed the loss mainly to an increase in loss arising from changes in fair value less costs to sell off other biological assets, as well as lower selling prices for raw milk and beef cattle.
