Swang Chai Chuan (HKG:2321) unit Chop Chin Huat will acquire a 162,405 square feet plot of land from Lestari Duta in the State of Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, for around 11.9 million ringgit, a Wednesday bourse filing stated.
