Infratil Raises NZ$275 Million in Oversubscribed Retail Offer

Infrastructure company Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) closed its non-underwritten retail share offer to raise a total of NZ$275 million as part of a wider NZ$1.28 billion equity raising, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Applications were submitted by 37,548 qualifying shareholders, the filing said. Nearly 27,093,600 new fully paid Infratil ordinary shares will be issued under the retail offer at an issue price of NZ$10.15 per share.

The company's shares slipped nearly 1% in recent Friday trade in Australia and New Zealand.
