0526 GMT - Proya Cosmetics is likely to post strong sales growth in 2Q, following its good performance at the recent 618 online shopping festival, CGS International analysts say in a note. "We believe Proya is benefiting from the current consumption trend in China," they say. Most of the Chinese beauty company's skincare products are sold at around CNY300/unit and cater to the mainstream crowd in China, the analysts say. They expect Proya's 2Q sales and net profit to grow 25% on-year and 23% on-year, respectively, led by strong sales of its star products. CGS raises the stock's target price to CNY178.0 from CNY172.0 and maintains an add rating. Shares are 0.1% lower at CNY101.38.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
