Kali Metals (ASX:KM1) confirmed the presence of spodumene-bearing, lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatites at the Flynn-Giles and Green Flame prospects after maiden drilling at the Spargoville project in Western Australia.
Notable hits include 9 meters at 1.11% lithium oxide and 10 meters at 0.85% lithium oxide, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The second phase of the drill program will start in the third quarter to focus on the Walton and Parker-Grubb prospects, as well as the newly identified Flynn-Giles East prospect.
Shares of Kali Metals were down 8% in recent trade.
