SIIC Environment Deregisters Subsidiary, Incorporates New Unit

SIIC Environment (SGX:BHK, HKG:0807) provided updates on the deregistration, incorporation and increase of share capital of its subsidiaries, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The company deregistered its 57.9687% indirectly owned subsidiary Zhaodong Bolan Water.

Meanwhile, SIIC Environment's 75.5% indirectly owned subsidiary, SIIC Environment Weifang, incorporated a 60% owned subsidiary, Weifang City Weicheng District Western Water Treatment, in China for a registered capital of 10.0 million yuan.

In addition, the company's 98.86% indirectly owned subsidiary S.I United increased its registered capital from 43 million yuan to 53 million yuan.
