The second court hearing to approve the scheme of arrangement for Alumina (ASX:AWC) to be acquired by Alcoa Corporation will be held on July 22 in the Federal Court of Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Alumina shareholders will vote to approve the scheme on July 18 and can appear and be heard at the second hearing to be heard or oppose the scheme's approval, the filing stated.
