Locality Planning Energy (ASX:LPE) secured a total of AU$29 million in government rebates, the embedded electricity provider said in a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company received AU$22.4 million from the Queensland Government for the cost-of-living rebate and AU$6.9 million from the Commonwealth Government energy rebate, the filing said.
The amounts will be credited to open customer accounts starting from July 1.
