China Bohai Bank's Two Vice Presidents, Chairman of Board of Supervisors Resign

China Bohai Bank's (HKG:9668) vice president and the chief risk management officer Zhao Zhihong, vice president Jin Chao and the chairman of the board of supervisors Wang Chunfeng, resigned from their respective posts, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Zhihong resigned due to his age, effective from July 19, and Jin Chao resigned for personal reasons, also effective from July 19, while the terms of service of both mentioned had come to an end.

Wang Chunfeng resignation from his post of chairman of the board of supervisors will become effective from July 19 while he will serve in his other designations until a suitable replacement is found.

The bank's shares were down 1% on Friday's close.
