Dow Jones07-19

0246 GMT - Singapore Telecommunications stands to benefit from several positive developments, RHB Research's Singapore Research team says in a note. These include news related to Singtel's data-center investments in Malaysia and globally, and news of further selling of its shares in associate Bharti Airtel, the team says. RHB sees stronger cost re-scaling and synergies from Singtel's consolidation of the Singapore enterprise business and Optus from 2Q FY 2025 fueling the company's earnings momentum. RHB lifts its FY 2025-2027 earnings forecasts for Singtel by 2%-7% and raises the stock's target price to S$3.50 from S$3.25 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are unchanged at S$3.06.
