IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 26,000 shares under pursuant to exercise of options granted under enterprise option schemes, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
14,000 shares were issued at an issue price of 5.67 ringgit under the 2015 scheme, while 12,000 shares were issued at an issue price of 5.79 ringgit under its 2019 scheme.
The issued shares will be listed on July 18.
