Killi Resources (ASX:KLI) completed a geophysical survey covering 2.5 square kilometers at the Kaa target within the Mt Rawdon West project in Queensland.
Survey data will take up to three weeks to process and will help provide drill targets for maiden drilling at Kaa, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has awarded the contract for the maiden drill program, which will start in a month, the filing said. Drilling aims to test a high-grade structure that returned rock chip assays of 238 grams per tonne of gold and 5.4% copper.
Killi Resources shares rose 10% in recent trade.
