US Silica Holdings (SLCA) said Tuesday its shareholders approved the acquisition by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management (APO).
The company agreed in April to be bought for $15.50 a share in cash.
US Silica said it expects to close the transaction before the end of Q3.
